I am powerful. WE ARE POWERFUL.

Hey Everyone, hope you are all having a great Tuesday. :)

This post is a little more personal because I am getting deeper in the 10 day course that I told you guys about last week. I am grateful, wow. It’s crazy how time flies when you get into this Flow! Things are happening in my life, up and down, but I don’t know.. I just feel the good things…

(Not sure who made this photo, it’s not mine! But it applies to exactly how I am feeling right now! So thank you to whoever created this!)

I am here to support you (and me!) in adding more loving practices to our lives.. those extra 5 minutes you have to feel your body, notice your surroundings, the power of community, and just take a second to be grateful for right now. The 5 minutes you thank mother nature for the food you get to eat every day. So many little moments!

Happiness. :)

I am Safe.

This came up in my meditation today. It’s in connection with Grounding.

I notice sometimes I am moving so fast and “airy” that I need to settle a bit, touch the ground. Gentle reminder.

Knowing that we are safe in our bodies, communities, and day to day. I see a relationship between the two terms Safety, and Acceptance.

For one to connect and feel accepted they need to feel safe in the environment.

  • A great example is with animals. When a dog is uncomfortable in a new environment or doesn’t feel safe he/she is not usually as friendly and typically is more “on guard”.

  • When are you “on guard” in your life? Certain people? Situations?

This reminds me of how we always say you need to love yourself before you can love another.

Some sentences and affirmations from the meditation that I wrote down are as follows:

  • I feel safe in this body.

  • I am ready to see what my protection programming has been.

  • I am ready to release this story that has bound my body and mind.

These affirmations are strong and transformational, so if you are creating ones of your own, using these words can take your practice to a whole other level. Just make sure you feel and relate to them! (These are the ones that related to me!)

Side note, my GRANNY is coming to visit this weekend in Hamburg and I am Extremely excited. I get to show her my world over here. Taking her to a meditation class! She’s open minded, and one of the most curious people I know, so I’m excited to here her thoughts. Maybe so a grandma podcast? Haha.

Makes my heart happy just thinking I get to see her in less than 4 days.

Sending lots of love,

Love you‘re Meant to receive.

Hi Everyone, ❤️

I hope your Sunday is going well, and that you are feeling ready for this new week! If not, why and how can you shift that right Now? Take a second for you to calibrate.

Today I was practicing my daily meditation, and the subject that we went over was, “Washing away the Holding Onto”, but for me I think I interpreted it differently… what touched my heart was Recognizing the joy that resides within us, and opening our hearts to the love that we are meant to be receiving.

What are you Meant to receive? Are we Meant to receive? Or should we have no expectations? What can we receive if we are letting out a limiting frequency? What type of energy are we bringing into our lives?

Lots of Questions… haha, Gemini ♊️ 😇

During this practice, Al Jeffrey, my guide, was reciting a passage from Lao Tzu:

Colors blind the eye.

Sounds deafen the ear.

Flavors numb the taste.

Thoughts weaken the mind.

Desires wither the heart.

The Master observes the world but trusts his inner vision.

He allows things to come and go.

His heart is open as the sky.

(Tao Te Ching, chapter 12, translation by Stephen Mitchell)

  • Would love to know what you think about this passage.

I find it quite interesting because there have been times... now A lot more rare, but I used to... have this feeling of “Chill Isa, you’re Too Passionate... Hold up. People won’t be able to handle this.” I have felt that I need to remember that I am in a certain level or stage in my life, and that’s just “it”..... AND WOW, How limiting this feeling is!

Sometimes stuck in my mind when I should just buy the flight and go. Ever felt that one? 🙈 Whyyyyy.

There is no point!

Why tell yourself, (myself) things like this? Fear? Not looking good or being good enough? Different?

What a great reminder this afternoon from Dr. Hardy

This meditation today.. Just. Wow. AND, a delicious brunch with my friend Jackie, (check her out, Creative Nights Hamburg).

What if We could notice that these are only concepts and limiting Our BeiNg…

I mean this in a positive way because I think sometimes when someone say, ‘Let’s forget your identity, your job, your tasks, what you are then… OK… what are you doing with your life… And therefore it’s more of looking internally…

  • What are the possibilities for you?

  • What else can you be?

  • What can you create?

Notice where your mind goes when it’s thinking of creative ideas…

What are you curious about?

What could you try this month?

I found this image, Weekly Challenges, anything you want to try?

This blog is my thoughts and processing. I am not a professional, but I am going through this journey of daily meditation and self care practices… So if you’re curious, subscribe! Share! Or even better.. Send feedback. I love it!!!

Good Morning <3 Hope you had a great weekend.

For me this weekend was amazing…. ok… maybe a bit of rollercoaster… But on Sunday.. it was a really great day of reflection on life’s Big picture here… What is the life we get to create?

Here’s a cute, and useful image that I found on Pinterest, think it’s a clear representation of how I think everytime I’m off or needing realignment.

What I think is also a good point… Give yourself the space to recalibrate! Make the time.. 5 minutes to be quiet and Breathe! No one is perfect but I think about it now.. and it’s seriously the best thing we can do so that we respect our self, and our relationships. “Hey, give me 5 minutes, going to go cool off/ breathe/ think a little And Then let’s talk.”

Questions for Thought this week:

  • Where do I see my life in the next 3-4 years? Where do I see myself in 6 months?

  • What is on my bucket list? Top 3 right now (don’t overthink it)

    • How can I make one of those happen this year?

  • If you could do one little thing every day? Read a page of a certain book? Practice 15 minutes on the Piano? Go walking everyday after eating dinner.

    • What do you think you could create in 365 days?

Two things you can do Right Now - Sustainability

  1. Say No to Plastic Bags. Just don’t do it. Take your cloth bag.

  2. Take your Reusable Water bottle Everywhere with you.

  3. Use a Clothes Hanger ( Why? Your clothes will last longer, smell and feel fresher, and you will be saving on power usage)

“There are 89 million residential clothes dryers in the United States (75 percent electric models, 25 percent natural gas). Although electric dryers dominate the U.S. market, natural gas dryers typically cost 50 percent to 75 percent less to operate. A typical household pays over $100 in annual utility bills to operate an electric dryer and $40 for a gas dryer. Homes with electric dryers pay at least $1,500 over the dryer’s lifetime for the electricity to power the machine.”

“It requires 2,500 gallons of water to produce one pound of beef. You will also also save some trees. For each hamburger that originated from animals raised on rainforest land, approximately 55 square feet of forest have been destroyed.”

I am committed to writing here daily.

I am inspired by Seth Godin’s message about logging your journey of learning, therefore I am beginning now.

My question to you… What are you curious about in regards to these focuses?

  • Sustainability

  • Daily Practices

Let me know in the comments below, or send me an email! Would love to get to know more about where you are in your journey, and how I can support.
