Get enough sleep

I notice this from time to time, whether it’s the Moon or retrograde… or just stress.

If I get enough sleep, I just feel, work, show up better.

What are the things that I do to get back in the moment?

  • Check in with Breathing

  • Drink some water

  • Maybe I need those 5 minutes for Meditation

  • Or just review vision and goals that I write out.
