I am powerful. WE ARE POWERFUL.

Hey Everyone, hope you are all having a great Tuesday. :)

This post is a little more personal because I am getting deeper in the 10 day course that I told you guys about last week. I am grateful, wow. It’s crazy how time flies when you get into this Flow! Things are happening in my life, up and down, but I don’t know.. I just feel the good things…

I am here to support you (and me!) in adding more loving practices to our lives.. those extra 5 minutes you have to feel your body, notice your surroundings, the power of community, and just take a second to be grateful for right now. The 5 minutes you thank mother nature for the food you get to eat every day. So many little moments!

Happiness. :)


I am Safe.

This came up in my meditation today. It’s in connection with Grounding.

I notice sometimes I am moving so fast and “airy” that I need to settle a bit, touch the ground. Gentle reminder.

Knowing that we are safe in our bodies, communities, and day to day. I see a relationship between the two terms Safety, and Acceptance.

For one to connect and feel accepted they need to feel safe in the environment.

  • A great example is with animals. When a dog is uncomfortable in a new environment or doesn’t feel safe he/she is not usually as friendly and typically is more “on guard”.

  • When are you “on guard” in your life? Certain people? Situations?

This reminds me of how we always say you need to love yourself before you can love another.

Some sentences and affirmations from the meditation that I wrote down are as follows:

  • I feel safe in this body.

  • I am ready to see what my protection programming has been.

  • I am ready to release this story that has bound my body and mind.

These affirmations are strong and transformational, so if you are creating ones of your own, using these words can take your practice to a whole other level. Just make sure you feel and relate to them! (These are the ones that related to me!)


Side note, my GRANNY is coming to visit this weekend in Hamburg and I am Extremely excited. I get to show her my world over here. Taking her to a meditation class! She’s open minded, and one of the most curious people I know, so I’m excited to here her thoughts. Maybe so a grandma podcast? Haha.

Makes my heart happy just thinking I get to see her in less than 4 days.
