What does Will Power mean to you?

What are your habits right now?
I’m working on my habits and my daily ritual, my start to the mornings. My intention settings… AND What I realize for myself more and more is that I am a very active person.. HAHA. So it’s Crucial for me to have some sort of grounding or “check in”. If I am not in the mind state or feeling grounded, it is hard for me to create long term changes.
What does that mean for me?
Have a few daily practices that support me feeling comfortable wherever I am in the world. (Working on my Daily 5 at the moment)

Water (2-3 liters a day)
Focused Learning/Read something new every day (News, Book, Languages, Art)
Movement (Gym, Stretching, Yogaaaa )

l am extremely grateful in moments like these is Technology. I can be in Germany, and speak to my family and friends on the other side of the world.
